Is it just for long-distance couples?

It's built first for long-distance and engaged couples — the ones counting down to the next visit or staying close through wedding planning. Any couple can use it, but the questions speak to distance and the time before you're together again.

Can my partner read my answer before I send mine?

No — and that's the whole point. Neither of you sees the other's answer until you've both answered. You reveal at the same time, so it's always fair and never a performance.

Is the daily question really free?

Yes. The daily question, private answers and reveal stay free forever. Plus is an optional extra for packs, history and streaks — never a wall around the ritual itself.
